No. Productised.ai is 100 % no-code—you drag, drop, and type. The platform handles the AI logic behind the scenes.

1. It turns answers into instant value.

Forms and bots just stash information. Productised.ai runs the answers through AI and returns a personalised action plan on a fully-branded page—right away.

2. It sorts your visitors for you.

The same AI pin-points who is ready to buy, who needs nurturing, and what each person cares about most, so you can follow up with the right message instead of a generic blast.

3. The product itself becomes an offer.

Because the AI output is useful on its own, you can place it behind an email wall or even charge for access.

Think of an AI credit as a token pack. About 750 tokens (the text the AI reads and writes) equals one credit. A short reply usually costs one credit; big, detailed replies may use two or more.

Credit Type | What it powers | Starter Example

AI Credits | Regular AI workflows (your questions + AI answers) | 1,000 starter credits

AI Product Builder Credits | The special AI steps inside the drag-and-drop Builder | 500 starter credits

AI Conversations | Chat-style widgets you embed for customers | 250 starter chats

Each higher plan bumps these numbers up.

Yes. You can add credits any time in your dashboard or move to a bigger plan for a larger starter bundle.

If you paste in your personal OpenAI key, we stop counting or charging Productised credits. You pay OpenAI directly, so you can run as many prompts as your OpenAI account allows, with built-in restrictions dictated by your plan.

A few small ones:

1. OpenAI's speed limits (how many calls per minute) now apply to you.

2. Plan features—like how many live products or workspaces you get—stay the same.

3. Fair-use rules—we block spam or unsafe content to protect everyone and will rate-limit to prevent platform abuse that affects our infrastructure and other users.

We never store your raw key; it's encrypted and only used for your prompts.

Generally speaking the most common cause of this issue is having  insufficient credit on your OpenAI account.

It may also be that there is a validation problem with your OpenAI API key.

Common Causes & How to Fix Them

(i). No OpenAI API Key Connected – Ensure you have an active API key added to your Productised account.

(ii) API Key Setup Issue – Your OpenAI API key must be properly set up with a valid payment method in your OpenAI Playground settings.

(iii) OpenAI Billing Issue – If your OpenAI account doesn’t have enough credits or has hit its usage limit, responses will not generate.

If you're encountering timeout issues, there's several likely causes;

1. Token limits

The AI has a limited memory per request. If you're trying to process too many data sources or retrieve large text blocks, the request may fail

2. Model processing limits

If an earlier prompt step outputs too much text and is recalled in a later step, it can exceed the AI’s processing limit

3. Combining too many data sources

If you add multiple PDFs, URLs, or scraped content, it may overload the AI’s ability to process the request

4. Using web scraping with the expert agent node and scraping many large files simultaneously

Using real-time web browsing with large data sources (PDFs, URLs, TXT files, etc.) in a single request can cause timeouts due to excessive processing demands

5. Configuration errors in your prompt chains caused by unmapped or duplicated steps

If a step is misconfigured or loops back incorrectly, it can break the prompt chain.

1. Model Selection: GPT 4o or higher is recommended for complex prompt chaining operations

2. Only include essential data sources to reduce token usage and processing demand

3. Ensure each prompt step is correctly mapped and there are no loop-backs

4. When using the expert agent node for web searching operations you'll want to ensure the query you make is as specific as possible. Long-winded queries are much more likely to result in processing errors.

Example of a web search query likely to be problematic: Search the web for the latest weight loss strategies to combine with my other data sources for my health and wellness product. (This query is too broad in scope and is very likely to result in errors due to its breadth)

Example of a stronger web search query: Find the top 3 weight loss trends from the web in no greater than 150 words and summarize them alongside the other insights from my product.

Final Tip: If timeouts continue, isolate each data source and then retest the product, until you're able to pinpoint where the problem is occurring.

Yes you can delete nodes at any stage of the workflow. Be advised however that you are not currently able to delete node connectors, we are working on adding this functionality to the workflow builder in due course.

The platform is presently best suited to independent professionals. Whether you're a coach, consultant or established Creator, Productised is very likely to have something to offer you.  If there's a static deliverable that you find yourself using repeatably across clients or even internally, and it uses inputs that are relatively standardized it's likely to be an excellent candidate for AI Productisation.

Unlike competitor offerings, our focus is on enhancing deliverables that lead to your core offer, rather than attempting in any way to replace or augment your in-person professional services and expertise. There's no requirement for you to use any of your expertise to train AI models or enable any product functionality.

We've created the GROW framework to help you appreciate what is possible to effectively productize at each phase of client delivery. Here's a brief overview:

1. Generate

Launch client-facing AI Products, including interactive assessments, diagnostics and calculators that capture input and return personalized output which incorporates your brand.
