For a password reset, please do the following:
Head to your user settings (bottom left icon in menu) and go to your user profile page. You will then need to enter your current password, before entering the new one and saving your changes.
Alternatively if you have forgotten your password, you can select 'forgot your password' from the login window to have a reset link emailed to you.
Please note: Because the security of passwords is subject to limitations we recommend using magic links to log into the product instead.
